IF A SHIPPED ORDER: Your Mermaid Magic will be shipped in 2-5 days if item is already made, and can take up to 14 days depending on item and/or ingredient availability. All shipped gels are frozen prior to shipping to avoid fermenting especially in summer months. 

**Mermaid Magic is a perishable item. It is subject to fermentation and spoilage, especially if storage instructions are not followed. Therefore, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for this item, by purchasing, you are stating you agree to and accept these terms. 

**Fermentation is not necessarily a bad thing. Please review the informational post in my FB  community by searching “fermentation” in the search bar. If you notice your MM has mold, smells rancid or has an off taste, please discontinue use and discard. You may reach out to me with photos. This does not guarantee a refund, exchange or discount but I often work with anyone when possible, to remedy these occurrences.

***Fruit infused gels May begin to ferment after 2-3 weeks due to the sugars in the fruit and agave and acids in the fruit (pineapple, strawberry, key limes etc) this is a naturally occurring process and usually does not cause harm when ingested, but is a personal choice to do so or not. Please discontinue use if you notice mold, a rancid smell or taste, etc. 

Mermaid Magic can be ingested by all ages starting at 6 months old (or whenever foods are being introduced)

 DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 

Start by taking 1 tablespoon (1tsp for children 6 months and older) each morning on an empty stomach, followed by 16 ounces of fresh,clean water. Over time, Increase dosage to 2 tablespoons| 2 teaspoons daily. KEEP REFRIGERATED. Use a clean spoon/utensil for each use to avoid cross contamination.  

PRO TIPS: add to smoothies, toast and more for a diverse way to get nourished!

Want to extend your seamoss shelf life? Portion Gel into ice cube trays, freeze, then empty frozen moss cubes into zipper freezer bag. Use cubes as needed, perfectly portioned! ***statements have not been backed by the FDA
